FACILITIES AND BOOTHS

As our name suggest, we believe that every day can have the feeling of a day at the beach. Life’s A Beach understands that not every person gets a two week vacation at the beach or in the tropics. However, we believe that everyone is entitled to an island get-away, even if only for a few minutes. We can create and embrace the feel of the tropics at our signature booths.

Life’s A Beach recognizes that a beach theme may not work in all parks or in certain areas of your park. Our creative consultants will work with your company to design, develop and construct a booth that embraces any theme.

It is our belief that your park and its guests are not fully served if the product is offered at a bland. We understand that atmosphere that the service is delivered in is almost as important as the service itself. We create a warm, vibrant, fun and exciting booth that the guests are drawn to.

STAFF AND TRAINING

Before being hired Life’s A Beach employees undergo a series of interviews and reviews to determine that the potential employee will meet our high standards and expectations. All artists must successfully complete an extensive training program that covers both the service provided as well as our customer service techniques.
No employee is permitted to provide a service until they can consistently meet our company’s high quality standards.

Even after they begin providing services in the parks, our employees undergo continued reviews, evaluations and training to insure that they continually meet our expectations and requirements.

Life’s a Beach’s trainings include both in-house training and education programs. Additionally, we have retained nationally recognized experts to provide instruction and training in their respective areas. It is our endeavor to endow our team members with skills and knowledge that will help them throughout their life.
